your living space. We provide professional organization assistance, personalized

2. Client Responsibilities

about your home, possessions, and organizational needs. Any information you provide
will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.


2.2 Cooperation: You are responsible for cooperating with our home organizer to
facilitate the organization process. This includes providing access to your home, being
available during scheduled appointments, and actively participating in decision-making
regarding organization strategies.


2.3 Safety: Clients must ensure the safety of our organizers during in-home sessions.
Inform us of any potential hazards that may exist in the living space.

3. Service Limitations


3.1 Non-Guarantee: While we strive to provide effective and efficient organizational
solutions, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. The success of our
services depends on various factors, including your commitment to maintaining an
organized environment.


3.2 Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our
services or any advice provided by our home organizer. It is your responsibility to
ensure the safety of your property and possessions during the organization process.

All content and materials provided as part of our services, including but not limited to
logos, designs, text, graphics, and images, are protected by copyright and intellectual
property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works

session or as otherwise agreed.


6.2 Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please
provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Either party may terminate the provision of services at any time with prior notice. If
terminated, any outstanding fees for completed services will be due and payable.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in San Diego.
